Welcome Back!: New Plans for our first month back in 2021...

It has been a while since an update has graced my site. The days have definitely been longer but busier when the pandemic started. Over the past few months, several articles have been drafted but never finalized and posted. I’ve also continued to make my family a larger priority and create more experiences with them.

This week, the absence of presence on this site is going to change. Several reviews and quick-looks are coming up very soon. The desire has been to discuss things that inspire imagination and fuel dreams. Those desires are still the mindset of the site. I am also going to slowly start providing video content to go along with the articles. The goal is make reviewed figures, board games, and books feel tangible. I want to share some of these reviewed pieces via video. This will take time but it will become a common part of the site. Before I end this brief post, I wanted to leave you with some clues on what to expect over the next several weeks.

What Can we ExpeCt to Come?

With this being the first official month we are back this year, we will look at a few new exclusive Mezco Toyz figures: Baron Benz (Tectonic Disruptor Ed) , Krig 13: Black Spartan, Commander Gomez, and the Black Skulls Death Brigade. We also have a review of the Hot Toys Leia and Wicket two pack. There’s a few more on the docket to review but those will be announced when it comes closer for them to be posted.

As for films and shows, there are several that are heading out this month. A reflection back on WandaVision is coming soon, along with a look into Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Falcon and Winter Soldier will have a review of episodes 1-4 posted this Thursday. Marvel is doing such an amazing job that fleshes out the MCU in a way that makes the weight of past and future decisions feel like they have a larger impact. This will help more fans to appreciate the characters they have come to know and become more welcoming to new characters.

Beyond films and toys, there’s a large backlog of books and comics to reviews and share in the coming months. Make sure to check us out on Facebook and Twitter to see some of the announcements of new pickups that will find their way to our site. Thank you for taking the time to read this update. I look forward to sharing more with you all soon.

Peace and Love,

Jeremy
