Special Edition Alert: Upcoming Preorder for GRIS

GRIS is a game developed by Nomada Studio and published by Devolver Digital. This title is known for its beautiful artstyle and soundtrack. When this game was first released, it was released exclusively as a digital game on Nintendo’s eShop and Steam.

Thanks to Special Reserve Games, fans and newcomers to GRIS can purchase a physical title.

There will be three physical editions of the GRIS available for purchase from June 25th to July 17th (or while supplies last). The high tier edition of this game brings a lot for a hefty price. The GRIS Switch Signature Edition is limited to 250 copies and will run you $250. What does this pricey edition provides?

For those who would love an edition that is more than just the base game but not as limited (and costly) as the collector’s edition, Special Reserve Games is also selling a 3,000 unit run of their Switch bundle that contains the following:

If both entries sell out before you’re able to order it, Special Reserve Games will also provide gamers the opportunity to buy the base version of the game for $35. While the base version does not include a soundtrack or art book, it does contain some special perks that make the physical version worth buying.

Outside the editions made available by Special Reserve Games, iam8bit is also providing a 500 edition run of the vinyl soundtrack for GRIS.

This will be another way to get this beautiful soundtrack on vinyl without having to purchase the Signature Edition. Please note, this vinyl will go on sale at 10am PST on iam8bit’s site and will go fast. It also appears that they will also have an open edition of the soundtrack as well.
